Hotel RP Palace

Worst hospitality( near patliputra railway station, Patna) they don't know about basic hospitality management I will suggest as my experience don't go in this hotel as a benefit for this hotel near by railway station and other things zero only zero 000 more than 3 hrs no electricity if you will ask there reply is we can't do any things,if you have luggage please take 3rd floor your self with staircase because there is no lift & hotel staff will not help you ,for breakfast they will took 3 hrs, even the owner knows everything but he is denied the facts & not ready to take acceptance & responsibility, don't want to give any star but here is optional 1 star even not worth -srar Poor receptionist Poor food Poor hospitality Poor behaviour Poor management Poor room service Poor owner

I had gone this hotel, it is infront of the Patliputra station,,,,, please Never go this hotel to stay or something like that,, all the staffs are very careless, and no one will take the the responsibility if you have happen anything with you,, Please don't go this hotel to stay or anything ... I FEEL VERY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE,,

I really like to get opportunity to write my feedback to RP place. Inside the room Housekeeping facility was very poor...I didn't expect such. Costumer service was very poor. need to increase quality as they are posting picture on google. Reception guys behaviour was not good it was like rude... Whoever are reading my review I will not suggest them to stay with RP place. It was my first trip in bihar but it goes worth.

Room was clean. Staff were cooperative. Soap and towel was provided but they did not give drinking water not a single litre, I had to buy drinking water. Restaurant facility is not there in hotel, good Need to be managed from outside.Location is very good just in front of patliputra railway junction so easy to reach. Modern style room and bathroom is there. It was pleasant stay.

I have stay there 3 to 4 times there services are good staff is good and well behaved they give there best for service

I checked in at night on 19th of August. Overall experience is not good. Positive things 1. Location is good. 2. Room is clean...no bedbugs or insects. 3. Furnitures are also good. 4. Price is fair. Negative things 1. The behaviour of the staff was utterly worse. 2. The bedsheet was dirty. 3. When called for water at night, no staff was present. 4.Flush was broken 5.No room service.

Experience was very bad. Staffs were not at all helpful as we checked in at 11pm. Even we had carry our luggage to 3rd floor. Room wasnt clean and bedsheet had stained. Ac wasn't working. I wouldn't recommend this for a family.

The hotel is situated bang opposite Pataliputra Railway Station and that is pretty much why anyone would choose to stay here. The hotel doesnt have lifts and you would need to take stairs. The staff isnt very helpful and dont help out with carrying the luggage. Rooms are neat and clean and are no frills. The hotel doesnt have room service so even for a cup of tea you would need to walk down to the nearby stalls. The good part is no one needs to stay long here as most of the people are here to kill a few hours before they hop on to their train from the nearby station.
