Hotel Royal palace, Patna

When you call on their number it automatically connets to oyo call centre... i booked it on call at price of 900. After reaching hotel they asked to pay 1700 for a night after takling to customer care they refunded the amount and said they will take legal action towards the hotel but in review section many customers already complained before 3-4 months. I was with my father at late night and paid an amount of 1500 and got the room... after check-in approx 30 minutes there was no source of light we were in complete darkness... i asked for blanket but they denied they added extraa GST on mrp and asked to pay they did not refund the sealed bottles.... Worst service and staff... terrible experience not recommended at all.. best thing is its in-front of RJPB station

This hotal out stranding and good service at this time I am very comfortable fill in this hotal. Amazing room service . All staff are good behaviour, any doubt call reception and justify clearly and any problem call reception imiditally solving problem Totally good service and price I told all of you one time visit in this hotal Thank you all staff for great room management

Very bad experience from the starting day HOTEL have no flask for hot water they provide normal water with a price of rupees 30 and cover the jug with a piece of silver foil, I have been never seen this type of hotel, I have paid more money in comparison to another hotel but I never thought that I will get these type of service, I got water after 40 mins, overall experience is very very very wrost.
