Hotel Roy's Harbour

1. Pathetic room. 2. Rude staff. 3. Poor Wi-Fi. 4. You won't get good mobile internet coverage either. 5. No one wants to help guests with basic needs like ironing and providing soap for bath 6. They refuse to provide a second dental kit, even on a fresh day. 7. Unnecessary negotiations over petty things like towels. 8. Unhygienic room. 9. Poorly maintained washroom. 10. No professionalism from the staff. 11. Paying 2K+ for this hotel is not just worth it. 12. Audacity of staff asking for second time tip just because he dropped my luggage from gate to vehicle was at next level. Only their food Cafe part of restaurant were so good.

I visited in engagement party.. Food was so delicious, spicy.. Taste too good.. Veg or non veg... But one thing that need to improve was decorations. Not up to the mark.. . Not used of natural flower they charged stage for 8k but decorations was not much like that.. They try to used same decorated stuff that was used in the last party...

A good place for collect your memories located in patna. This place is known for events and functions like marriage, engagement and birthday celebration. Talking about service, it's service is really awesome and space and location is also good with budget friendly. So, according to my perception you should try once.

After being a regular customer for a while. Past experience was really horrible. The owner's son rammed into our vehicle and broke the looking glass. Rather than accepting the fault he kept claiming he did not do it. Mediocre food with torn and dirty bedsheets. If you care about the safety of your life and property never ever stay in this hotel. The worst place to stay near station road. Avoid at all costs.

The hotel staff are well behaved, location is very good, easily accessible. TV was not working even after complaints. Air conditioner, geyser worked properly. I think they don't have cafeteria as breakfast was served in the room. Breakfast was good. They only negative point was that I found cockroaches on the bed and this was very bad. Otherwise, everything was good. They didn't provided dental kit.

Well maintained family hotel. Lift and parking available. Good service, good food.centrally located. Conveyance available.easily accessable.

Average rooms but location is good, 10-12 mins walking from patna junction. It has parking so if you coming with a vehicle it will be of great help. Hotel is situated just opposite of CDA building. Food quality is good.
