Horrible experience, no mosquito killing machine, no complimentary water bottle given in deluxe room. Defective AC without cooling, bed sheet like never washed. Blanket was just dirty , hot water generator was also not available. And at last but not least they denied to provide the tax invoice also. They are simply looting money from customer , rooms are not at all worthy, in short they have provided a room worth 500 rupees instead of deluxe room

Worst hotel ever Rude and unprofessional staff Dirty rooms

As per price rooms are not too good. Pricing is way to high. Washrooms windows were broken from where mosquitoes entered in room. And in morning you will find out that people from the adjacent building can peep into your window easily. When i entered in the room and started AC some mosquitoes were coming out of that broken AC vent. Goodnight machine was already on active mode and same was I because that night din't pass well or good for me. I ordered food and special instruction were given twice not to add on any spices just keep it simple . Ordered Kadai Paneer Got Paneer Masala With Oil.

Location is good but rooms are pathetic. They don't even have a water filter. Smelly and leaky bathrooms. Rooms are too small. And receptionist is too arrogant to listen to complains. Beware of filthy language by the staffs. Really had a bad stay. Please do ensure comfort of your guests.

Location excellent, Food and beverage tasty and on time. Sleep quality was good as the bedding etc comfortable. Room is big airy and full of Sunlight. Only one issue faced is the flow of hot water because now it's too chill here

Saurav aryan A New type of Scam is going on this hotel first the give you room over price and when you check out they said you have dirt/stained their bedsheet and the pressurise you to take bedsheet and pay for the amount of 1000 Very wrong way to cheat customer .
