Hotel Patliputra Nirvana

The hotel is in a perfect location, and the staff was very professional and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast. However, I must mention a few things that need improvement in the rooms. The bed sheet had stains and did not feel fresh, and the door lock did not function properly.

I am Rajendra Oza and stayed two day in Hotel PATLIPUTRA NIRVANA Patna Bihar. I check in about 10 pm and have dinner and went to sleep immediately as tired long travel. I complained second day morning for room, they told me room would be change and night they gave me another room but news room also same. Most Bogas stay in the stupid hotel, mattress is garbage position, blanket is too no sheet inner or outer blanket, towels was too dirty and no nepkin, Faucets dirty and broken shower is not properly working and ceiling is broken. No remote for temperature control, for tv no remote to start tv, we done complained then one came with remote start tv take remote back, we can't watch tv. No electric outlet was no working and we can't charge our mobiles. I strongly recommend to all and particularly my trip manager don't book garbage hotel. It is a good hotel to stay. Staff is helpful and polite. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Must visit once if you are in Patna Sahib

From ours experience, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The breakfast buffet was average at best, nothing memorable. The real issue lies with the room. Despite booking a suite, it fell far below the standard expected of even a 2-star property. While the advertisement claimed the rooms were renovated, it seems the "renovation" was limited to new wallpaper. Everything else felt outdated and unappealing. The mattress was the worst we've encountered in India--it was literally falling apart. The flooring was delaminating, giving the room a neglected appearance, and most of the furniture looked worn and in poor condition. The hallway carpets on all seven floors were dirty and sticky, which only added to the discomfort. The disconnect between the advertising and reality was extremely disappointing. In its current state, this hotel is far from deserving a 2-star rating and it is overpriced!

Amazing hospitality, amazing food, and nice experience on the stay and staff experience. Affordable as well. Highly recommendable for short and long stays.

Quite near to the station but very difficult to find this hotel. It took me 10 minutes to reach from Fraser road to the hotel. Cleanliness is ok. Rooms are spacious. I got twin bed room even after requesting for king size bed. Room has TV and hot water kettle. AC was functioning well. Hot water for shower was not available. At the end of shower it started coming a bit even though I drained quite a lot of water initially. The view outside the was pathetic. The hotel has a restaurant. However the food was spicy for me. Breakfast starts at 07:30 am. It was good. The staff is helping and responds well. The carpet in the lobby was very dirty and faded. No ample and safe parking. Good for a night stay.
