Hotel Patliputra Exotica

We booked a hall at this hotel for a family function with about 80 guests, and the experience was nothing short of disastrous. We were charged 80,000 for decoration, but what we got looked like it cost no more than 5,000. The materials were old, dusty, and completely unimpressive. To top it off, the decoration wasn't even completed by our 10 PM check-in -- they continued working until 12:30 AM, which was unacceptable and disruptive. Initially, we were told that decoration had to be done by the hotel. Then, at the last minute, we were informed we could bring our own decorator, but only if we deposited 25,000. After we agreed and arranged everything, they suddenly denied us permission. This back-and-forth, paired with the constant miscommunication, made the planning process incredibly stressful. The staff was unreliable and unprofessional. When we asked to speak to the General Manager, someone showed up claiming to be the GM but couldn't even present an ID when asked. That kind of behavior erodes trust completely. The only saving grace was the food -- it was genuinely good. But great food alone can't make up for the poor service, lack of coordination, and the overall disappointment. I strongly advise against booking this hotel for any event or celebration. It's just not worth the risk.

Despite reading mixed reviews earlier, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and super comfortable, and the location is unbeatable if you're in Patna. It may not be flashy, but it delivers a smooth, restful stay. Would happily come back.

The best part of my stay was how peaceful and clean everything felt despite being right in the heart of Patna. The room was well-kept, and the bed was really comfortable. Service was polite, though a little more promptness would make it perfect. Overall, a great experience--I'd happily stay again.

The room was super clean and exactly what I needed after long days in the city. The central location is unbeatable--close to everything but surprisingly peaceful inside. Service could be a bit more attentive, but I still give it 5 stars because of the comfort and ease of the stay.

One of the best schools in the city. Generally the student community is good and atmosphere is competitive. Teaching quality is excellent. There are great teachers helping students grow and imagine. The new smart classes have also been installed to encourage imagination within students .

My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight, largely due to the exceptional breakfast and impeccable service. The breakfast spread was a culinary masterpiece--freshly baked pastries, vibrant fruit platters, and an array of hot dishes catered to every palate. The omelette station, The ambiance was warm and inviting, with soft music and elegant decor elevating the experience.The service, however, truly stole the show, and I must give special praise to Mr. Ritesh Kumar. His professionalism and genuine warmth made every interaction memorable. From ensuring my dietary preferences were met to personally checking on guests with a radiant smile, Mr. Ritesh exemplified hospitality at its finest. His attention to detail and proactive approach created a seamless and joyful experience, making me feel like a valued guest. The entire staff, under his influence, radiated the same enthusiasm and care. This hotel sets a gold standard for hospitality, and thanks to Mr. Ritesh Kumar and the phenomenal breakfast, I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
