Hotel N.D. Palace

Worst place to stay at. There was frequent power outage that too in last March (a bit hot n humid climate in patna) as it was connected to the power supply form electricity board only. Before checking in, please make sure that you ask them whether they have their own UPS system or not. Beds were dirty and so were the pillows. Pathetic service after all.

Room 206 was extremely dirty, cleaning not done for months, The latrine was eastern style. Charged me rs 1000 and entry was not done in a regular register. I guess the innkeeper kerps the money. After a few minutes starring at big dirt spots on the bedsheet decided to check out. Asked for return of money as you would have expected the answer was no. Ran away as quickly as possible. The innkeeper had earlier claimed that it was a proper hotel unlike guest houses nearby. Right!

Never recommend to stay here. No service. My breakfast included in tariff plan. But when asked them, manager said, cook will come by 12 noon. So no breakfast. No lock in door. Dirty bed. No curtain on window. Taps are leaking.

This hotel is good for lovers and couples because they are providing rooms to anyone with or without also you can enjoy here night with full of baby bash.

Wrost hotel ever.No back up.No clean bed sheets.No soaps.Improper food.Too much time consuming in making food. Their managers and workers don't have manners.I would have give it stars in negative if possible.

Very bad experience, dirty washrooms. Rooms not cleaned properly. In Summer season 2nd floor non- AC rooms are horrible.

Very very basic hotel. If looking for a place to pass night, its ok. But not good for long stay. Hotel also used during marriage for stay purpose if coming from outstation.

Rooms not maintained properly. AC and TV were also in bad condition. Located at good locality.
