Hotel Mani International & Banquet hall | best hotel in Patna

This hotel does not offer value for its price. I had booked a Super Deluxe room, but it lacked basic amenities such as chairs. The mattress was not clean, and the room itself was both compact and unclean. As a result, I chose to check out before spending the night. I also ordered tea, priced at Rs. 35 per cup, but the taste was disappointing. Additionally, I ordered plain Maggi, which cost Rs. 99, and it was also of poor quality. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. If, for any reason, you must stay here, I strongly advise against ordering food, as it is not worth the money.

I like this hotel and I love the experience and quality this hotel has the best ratings and I will give it a 5 star hotel and the staffs are the friendly ones and best ones are doing such a great job and the service is very well behaved people and great atmosphere and I like the people and I love these people and give them the support and love

People might get surprised by seeing that in-spite of providing a 5 star rating for the hotel location, why the overall rating is 1 star. I recently visited this hotel with my parents on 21st Nov 2024. For a family of 2 people, the room charge is 1800/- per day/night. If it is more than 2, then the charge increases to 2300/- per day/night. The bed size which is present in the rooms is more than enough to accommodate 3 people, but still you'll be asked to pay 500/- more because of hotel policy. Also, you'll be informed that one extra mattress will be fitted inside your room so that 3 people can stay comfortably. Well, me and my family did not got that extra mattress. In-spite of Manager's promise that if the extra mattress is not fitted, the full 500/- will be refunded. Sadly, this did not happened with me and my family! Oh, just a quick note. If in family, the age of child/children is less than or equal to 10 years old, then no 500/- extra will be charged. Now, let's talk about room service. The room which me and my family received, had a dead lizard pasted on the corner section of the bathroom door. Also, on the ceiling of the bathroom door, some bio-waste of the lizard was present. Also, the remote of the set-top box TV was pasted with a black tape because it was broken when we received. When we complained about the same to the room service, that person got so disturbed and told us that these are small issues and we should not be bothered too much about it. I'm posting this review today on 23rd Nov 2024. Today, we checked out from the hotel at around 6:30 AM IST since our train was scheduled at Patna Junction at 8 AM IST sharp. We woke up at 5 AM IST and ordered for tea from the hotel itself. But we were told that it won't be served before 7 AM IST. One final thing, The Lunch. Oh boy, did we enjoyed the lunch. If you are planning to do the lunch in the hotel, please be prepared to peel off your hairs. Hotel team will ask you to come at the hall which is present at 1st floor. When me and my family went there, we were utterly shocked to see that in the hall, some people were sleeping with mattresses on the floor. The sweeper is sweeping the floor, and the entire hall is under construction. So, people, please be very very careful before any hotel selection, specially this one. Also, please don't get swayed away by looking at some 5 star ratings which is present at the top. There is a saying 'All that glitters, are not gold!'.

Very Bad experience at Mani. Staff is not accepting online money. Only cash. Lift not working. 3rd class hotel. Do not go to this hotel. Every staff is demanding money for small work.

Our stay was good. The hotel have all the facilities and rate is also reasonable with good service.

Overall good but could be better with more cheaper rate for rooms as they weren't that luxurious as per the price.

Good place to stay nice food, pleasent staff, Should have credit card machine for payment, especially for corporate clients
