Very bad service but hotel and room are good

Rooms are average with basic facilities. Not so specious but just ok. The bathroom is below average. Only Indian comode is available. The geyser is not working in many rooms. The maintenance of the room is not so good. The location of the hotel is very good and just about 1 km from the Railway Station. Nearby areas of the hotel are also very good. The staff and receptionist are not so professional but polite.

It's a nice old vibe hotel, decent staff, reasonably priced menu. So happy.

Not a maintained hotel.. Dirty bathrooms with spider web, water leaks here and there. Inconvenient/small bathroom fixtures. Water filters don't work on any floor. Very rude room service staff (especially morning ones). Stayed here for 3 days - After every meal the staff expect you to pay them tips. You pay them any less than 100 and they throw the money back at you Security guard is good. If you are left with no choice, and you have to stay here, it's best you eat outside

We stayed for 1 night and chose this hotel near railway station since we had to catch a train the next day. I found the rooms to be small. Since we were 3 people, after putting the extra bed, there was almost no space to move around. But the service was prompt for whatever we requested. Also room service is available round the clock which is good in case you crave for early morning tea. I would recommend this for short stays.

I used to stay in this hotel long time back along with two hotels adjacent to it Hotel Ambassador and Hotel Maharaja. These hotels started operating in early 2000 and gave options to budget business travellers who wanted a decent hotel . I needed a 24 hours check in and check out facility this tine during my visit . I checked in couple of hotels and physically checked their rooms and facilities along with the prices - was shocked . I found them too expensive and so I called Hotel Magadh . They offered me 24 hours check out and they had a room available. Due to marriages all hotels were full. So I stayed here for a day and found that they are still a good option in Patna . The prices are reasonable . They are well located as they are close to Oatba Junction and the area is clean and safe. The hotels rooms are clean and quite big. The washroom is more or less clean and you have hot water . Good is also okay and reasonably priced . They need to revamp the wash room mainly and the room . But they are reasonably priced if you see the facilities available with the price . However, there is always an area of improvement. The reception and tge security guard is worth mentioning - they are well behaved and helpful.

Very bad conditions of room we live here for two days. But we change the room three times in a day but they always give us bad rooms they don't have good room some have turn offed tv not working some rooms have flush is not working

The hotel was located at a very short distance from Railway station and is kept very clean and neat. The amenities are good and the service is also good. The local market is nearby and the food offered is good. Within walk able distance there are good restaurants also. We were able to travel around and see Nalanda excavations, the glugumbuz and the buddhist shrine on hill top. We visited bodh gaya and gaya by car and arranged by the hotel authorities and the experience was fantastic. We also visited Patna's famous and popular Mahavir Mandir opposite to railway station.
