HOTEL MAGADH REGENCY

Very disappointed by the behaviour of the caretaker. We called the hotel to check the pricing and availability of extra mattress beforehand to which the caretaker (ujjwal kr) agreed and then increased the price when we reached. He also refused to provide extra mattress and asked three of us to sleep on a single bed. The door of the room was so problematic that we had to keep it open at night while sleeping. Worst was the frequent lying behaviour of the staff which was totally unacceptable.

Very good hotel and this was not expected at that place near AIIMS Patna, we felt lucky and solely feeling gratitude towards all the staff of this hotel as we stayed there for family medical emergency but they gave us a home like environment with neat and clean rooms and good food with excellent services /

Room is good.. Toilet good and Staff behavior is very good..

Room was okayish worth Rs. 1000. First room provided was very dirty, so the guy changed the room and gave us a better one, which was okayish
