I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Hotel Jiya Grand. The issues started right from check-in, where we experienced delays in receiving our room keys. When we requested drinking water, the staff took their time, and it was clear that they weren't prioritizing guest comfort. However, the final straw was when the management, particularly Mr. Indradev, asked us to switch rooms after just one day, despite our booking being for two days. When we expressed our concerns, Mr. Indradev's response was not only unapologetic but also arrogant, claiming that even 5-star hotels can ask guests to switch rooms. This attitude is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction. The cherry on top was Mr. Indradev's rude behavior and foul language, which made us feel disrespected and unwelcome. As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of service and respect, which was clearly lacking here. Given the subpar experience, I would advise potential guests to think twice before booking at Jiya Grand. The hotel's reputation seems to be more focused on justifying their mistakes rather than providing a comfortable and respectful stay for their guests.

I have visited hotel jiya grand on 11 jan 25 for a day. Hotel is superb. Staff were so cooperative. Hotel management was so helpful. The location of the hotel is very prominent. Many showrooms, restaurant are just at walking distance. Rooms were near & clean. Bedsheet & towels were also like new. Very comfortable & safe stay, I must say.

The location is a bit confusing. There should be a direction board on the main road. The hotel is good with a parking space. The staff is very nice and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Rooms were well maintained and clean. Staff was polite and co-operative. And service was pleasant. Overall Great experience.

All pathetic, right from room, to management to everything. Non-professional, lack of manners in general and hospitality in particular.

Very unprofessional service and unprofessional staff. I paid them 1500 advance for 5 days stay however at the time of checkout I forgot to ask for the refund of advance/adjust the advance against final bill. After a day I realise this and called them back to refund the amount and gave all relevant screenshots of payments as proof. They admitted that they have not given/adjusted the advance amount so they will refund me the amount. More than 5 days have passed but these bunch of crooks have not refunded me the money. Their room service was also the worst ever room service I have ever had . I recommend never to stay in this hotel.

The service and accommodation was very nice and also supportive and helpful staffs over the counter and on service. I enjoyed a lot
