My stay was extremely disappointing. The room service was slow and unresponsive, with repeated requests for assistance going completely ignored. Hot water in summer, which was incredibly inconvenient. Adding to the misery, the air conditioning in the room barely worked, making the summer heat unbearable. Despite multiple complaints to the staff, no one seemed interested in addressing these issues. The lack of basic amenities and the complete disregard for guest comfort made this stay a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I strongly urge anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere. You deserve better.

It was a comfortable stay and the staff were so coperative and helpful specially Jyoti Raaz was so helpful she helped me through her end for shifting my room and given all the room amenities like water bottles and she helped us in selecting the food. When I went to hotel it was raining and the climate was so comfortable and the of their staff provided us a hot coffee with some snacks and literally it was so delicious. Yeah absolutely it was a wonderful stay with the property and will come soon and recomend others too to take good stay in hotel if they're travelling for patna they should stay in Hotel Golden Palm

Very disappointed with service and facilities. I visited my friends marriage to this so called 5 star hotel but their planning and maintenance was very troublesome. Frequent power outages turn the happy moments into worst nightmare. Even the staff was not properly trained. Lift was very suffocating. Find some good hotels at this price.

Bathrooms too small to bath especially on 1st floor. Room initially allotted had no ventilation later at 11:15 pm shifted to other room that was good. Services very poor eg ordered for a cup of tea at 9:30 pm reached the room at 11:45 pm. Billing too slow it took us almost one hour to collect the bill. Though we made payment well in advance at about 9:30 pm next day at about 10:00 am received the bill that too after requesting again and again.

I hosted birthday party of my son and had amazing experience.Arrangement,food quality,services ,cleanliness everything was very good.All my guests enjoyed very much and had a good time and enjoyed quality food.
