I won't say a bad experience but not great either, the place is good but the rooms for the price they charge are really poor. Not maintained at all, broken kettle, no windows, wall tiles falling off not a great sight to see when you pay premium. They don't have their own parking, they park on the road. Staffs are really polite and well mannered no complaints about them. Good food and the location is in the main market so you have access to everything.

Basic facilities include housekeeping, attached bathrooms, elevators, and a dining area. I stayed in room no. 602 which is ok. However the washroom is bit congested. The hotel's location is advantageous, being in close proximity to Patna Junction railway station and about a 30-minute drive from Patna Airport, situated within the bustling city area.

On the verge of making a 4 star property, they forgot the path and end up providing typical 3 star service for most of the service types. Have booked Premium room, but bedsheets weren't clean. Blanket cover was way bigger than the blanket itself. The staffs (specially from the restaurant and kitchen) must undergo refresher training. Not value for money we paid.

Food Quality: The food served was not up to the standard one would expect given the price per plate. It did not meet the quality expectations promised during the booking process. Management Response: The management's response to our concerns was unsatisfactory, as we did not receive timely or appropriate solutions. Given these experiences, I strongly advise that you ensure a higher level of professionalism from your staff. The service quality of your hotel directly reflects on your reputation, and it is crucial that your staff, from the waiters to management, are properly trained and responsive. Usually the hotel has good service although I have seen them not being able to replenish dishes during a marriage reception recently. I would suggest trying fish based dishes if you are non vegetarian and for vegetarians obviously the only available option us paneer! They have ample parking and the lobby can be used for meetings if you are staying here. Main markets and a few tourist attractions of Patna are nearby.

Food is good here. Very affordable price of the entrance restaurant. The poolside aura is just amazing and too peaceful. They charged the water bottle more than MRP, which was seriously disgraceful.

Very stupid management and booking process. We booked 2 rooms from there own website and paid the booking amount in advanced. I, along with my family came to the hotel and we were travelling from Asansol-West Bengal. After coming to the hotel the manager clearly denied that we do not have any rooms available and we cannot help. In case there were no room why the hotel booking staff confirmed it online?? They could have called us at the time of booking and informed us about the availability. Such a ridiculous way of handling bookings. Stop this nonsense for people who are travelling and making the booking in advanced.

Unprofessional Manager behaviour no one was their to take any responsibility or accountability. Staffs were very rude towards us n were very arrogant with ignorant behaviour, allover service was very bad. Room were very small with dim lights only and electricity was also a problem. Pls don't book any function here if you want a Good service with good management.
