Hotel Fort

A very good option if its just about staying. Small rooms and cleanliness is okayish. I was a solo traveller and for 1night stay it was just perfect. Location is the win-win as I had to catch the early morning train. Service was good staff were polite. Food was just marvellous and served nice hot to the room. Over all if u are a solo traveller or just looking for economy stay option then its worth it.

The stay was an absolute nightmare. The receptionist was not just rude--he was completely unprofessional and arrogant, throwing absurd and offensive questions at guests like he owned the place. The entire staff seemed untrained, ill-mannered, and totally unfit to be working in hospitality. This hotel is a disgrace to the industry. Avoid it at all costs, especially if you're traveling with family--it's the last place anyone should have to stay. I strongly urge MakeMyTrip and other travel platforms to immediately delist this pathetic hotel.

First of all, the quality of the room was very poor. They provided old, worn-out white towels for use, which was quite unhygienic. The AC was not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable. Several tiles in the room were broken, and the bathroom was both smelly and unclean. To make matters worse, the behavior of the reception staff was extremely rude, as if they had no idea how to treat customers with basic courtesy. I have attached some pictures of the room to show the actual condition.

Sabse faltu rooms with sabse faltu hotel managers(receptionist) I had to change 3 rooms for a simple ac malfunctioning, rooms were not to the mark and all they want advance money. Don't come to this hotel, pure wastage of money.

It's a regular hotel near Patna Railway station with decent facilities. The reception staff and other staff's behaviour was nice. The location is very good and approachable. Anyone can choose to have a decent stay at this hotel.

AC was worst. Not working at all. They deliberately allotted me this room. It was the worst experience. Rooms are also not good. Bed was also not good. Not at all upto the price we are paying. They are looting us. Makemytrip is worse.

The room was large but had horrible smell as it was recently painted. The location is close to the railway station with extreme level of noise throughout the night and highly congested approach road. The price was reasonable and the staff was nice but the stay was not great.

Booked Hotel Fort, Room 303 (AC Standard ) via MMT - Honest Review I recently stayed for two days at Hotel Fort, room 303, and was quite disappointed with the experience. The room had dim lighting, creating a gloomy atmosphere, and lacked ventilation due to the absence of a proper window. The old window AC was particularly frustrating, as it made a loud, constant noise that was incredibly irritating. Moreover light goes away every now & then. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, as the room was not serviced daily, and basic toiletries were not provided. The bathroom was small, adding to the discomfort, and the overall hygiene of the room was below par. The only redeeming factor was its convenient location, close to Patna Railway Station, but even that isn't enough to make up for the other drawbacks. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
