Wonderful Stay! Had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, and the service was excellent. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my stay truly comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Disappointed Despite the Hype I recently visited this hotel for my niece's engagement ceremony, and unfortunately, my experience didn't match the high ratings I saw online. The management and staff seemed poorly organized, and a few staff members were outright rude in their behavior. This really impacted the overall atmosphere of the event. The male guest washroom was extremely cramped. There were multiple urinals installed, but the space was so tight that only one person could use the washroom comfortably at a time--others had to wait awkwardly inside for their turn. It doesn't make sense to have more than one urinal when there isn't even room for basic movement. The biggest letdown was the food. It was bland and lacked any real flavor--very disappointing for a celebration event. Overall, the hotel might look good on the surface or in pictures, but the on-ground experience was far from satisfactory. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves these basic yet crucial aspects.

Food service good and staff behaviour... nice

This was our first time at this place in Patna. The property is in a really convenient spot. The room was big; the toilet was clean, and the AC saved us from the scorching heat. The breakfast they gave us was really good and healthy. The best part was that staffs and management were very friendly to help in terms of arranging transport or fulfilling desired food beyond the menu. Also the hotel charges very reasonable, and the arrangement is superb.
