Bad location, hard to find, No parking available, false promises, bad behaviour, over price, small rooms, very bad experience, no wifi

This hotel changed alot.... everything like staff security everything is upgraded here... you should visit here....Now this hotel has become very good...Everything renovated here

I recently stayed at Flagship Hotel Sweta Villa and had a very disappointing experience. Despite paying online in advance, the hotel manager insisted on extra charges upon arrival. I was also asked to cancel my online booking and book offline, which was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Here are some of the issues I faced: 1. I had to pay extra charges despite having already booked online. I pay online 711 rs but manager says you pay extra 300 rs then you stay here. 2. No security at all,rooms are combined and you will have to share with any unknown person . 3. The rooms were much smaller than depicted in the pictures. 4. The location was very poor. 5. The menu was not worth ordering from. 6. The bathrooms were dirty, and even the bedsheets were unclean. 7. The WiFi was available but did not work properly. 8. No washbasin inside washroom. Overall, my stay was extremely unpleasant, and I would rate this hotel zero stars.

Lets start with the rooms, the rooms were mediocre with dirty pillows, bedsheet covered in hair and the blanket was smelling. I tried calling the reception but they declined my calls and didn't bother to change anything. Coming to sevice I tried to get 2 bottle of water in my room (i was tired from 200 km of travel), they again said there no one and I had walk up and down 2 floor again because there is no elevator. Location: Dont trust the location given on google map, you will have to walk through dirty smelly gully as you cannot get your 4 wheeler through. Staff Behaviour: The guy handling Checkin is way too rude to be welcoming guest, he kept bugging me to pay 4-5 times even though i was trying to.(some network issue) The payment eventually went through. All in All worst Hotel in Patna

"Guys, I also booked this hotel after seeing the pictures and ignored the reviews on Google. But it was the biggest mistake. The location is horrible, and the receptionist is even worse. He is a thin man. The pictures of the rooms that are uploaded are all of 2BHK flats. For two rooms, there is one common washroom. The biggest trap is that the room booked through OYO is a normal, subpar room without AC. They ask for extra money for a better room with AC. If you have to stay in a guest house, it would be much better. But never waste your money on this terrible hotel. This is the worst hotel I have experienced."

Never ever book any hotel with Oyo.. the picture in reality is totally different.. the hotel will say why did you pay online and they will give you less values room.. but if you book offline you can check the room and also get much better room than these Oyo customer service desk.. Never ever go.. my experience was very bad.. take help from Oyo regarding hotels and Google and then through some research go to the hotel.. The root cause of bad experience is Oyo.. trust me and you will be always happ

Serives- Very pathetic and very bad experience. When I checked in today morning at 6:00 am. The reception guy CHANDAN (a very thin guy) was very rude to me, "wo mere sare baaton ka ulta jawab de rha tha".. He was telling me if you want to stay,, or else you can leave... I was travelling whole night, to he said your check inn time is 11:00 am. Tobmaine kha, aadha ghanta late ho jaye to,, bolta h,, 1 min. Me late nhi ho na chahiye,, and tried to verbally abuse me. I mean,, He was actng like a owner of the hotel, lekin mujhe pta h,, aise rude behave owner ka kabhi nhi ho skta... Owners are usually soft , humle and down to earth, I knew he is nothing just a "PENNY PINCHING MISER" I would request owner of the hotel, to take action against him. If you want to run your business yours staff behavior should be super cool. Warna uska kya h, wo to aapka hotel band kra kr, kahin or naukri pr chala jayega. I would never visit this hotel again and would never suggest my relatives and friends who often visit patna. To stay here, despite necessary action taken against CHANDAN.

Location is inaccessible. Receptionist behaviour was very pathetic. He was mannerless. The gate is closed very early in night and we have to find to find him to get it open to recieve any food order. He charged extra money. The staff was consistently asking for tip. Recommend not to book room here even in an emergency. Highly unsafe as anytime anyone is knocking the door. No phones in room. They will keep knocking the door since morning for checkout. Very bad services at all. There was no complimentary water as well and they charge very high for it.
