FabHotel SS Exotica - Hotel in Patna Central

I booked a room online that was rated 3 stars, but it's far from satisfactory. The geyser isn't working, the AC blower is non-functional, and room hygiene is terrible--there's hair on the blanket and everywhere. Highly disappointed. The online photos of the room are completely misleading and nothing like the reality. Everything shown is fake. Customer care and the hotel are working together to fool customers. This is a scam! There are so many mosquitoes in the room, and this hotel isn't even 3-star; it doesn't deserve a 1-star rating either.

My stay at this hotel was extremely embarrassing. If you're prepared to face the following challenges, only then should you consider booking this hotel online: 1. Booking Issues: They may deny your confirmed booking, refuse check-in, and leave you in an embarrassing situation. 2. Lack of Support: Febhotel customer service is unhelpful. MakeMyTrip eventually assisted me, but only after navigating multiple options--choose carefully, or you might not receive any assistance. 3. Terrible Room Quality: The rooms provided are in very poor condition. 4. Bathroom Problems: Water leakage is everywhere in the bathroom. 5. Missing Amenities: Towels were not provided, and essential appliances like the TV, AC, and water heater were not functioning. 6. Poor Food Service: Breakfast included only four tiny puris, and asking for extras was chargeable. 7. Broken Infrastructure: Doors were broken, with missing handles. 8. Unprofessional Staff: The staff, particularly Mr. Thakur, was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. 9. Unclean Rooms: The rooms were neither neat nor clean. 10. Not Family-Friendly: This hotel is not suitable for family.

Service personnel are very helpful. Banquet hall & Restaurant are well decorated.I suggested for marriage & Engagement.

Washroom are not clean, unhigenic to use bed sheet blanket and washroom, tv are not working properly and no good room service and telephone is not available in some rooms and also the employees not picks the call and doors are broked and not working properly

A peaceful place to stay with your family and friends and also staff is very supportive..
