Rooms are not worth cost to money, Not clean, Washroom too small not clean . No hot water, No Clean linen, No proper Toileteries. Very Dirty and non Hygienic. Sharing picture option is not available otherwise i would have shared the pictures of the kind of dirtiness in the washroom and linen.

My boss is not comfortable with his any service third class service staffs and also receptionist rahul behaviour is not good 1 man Rahul is more rude and rubbish also talking behaviour is not good manner

How Can I give less than 1 star for service... Please help. The behaviour of receptionist MOHANTY was rude. There was some issue while checking in which I was trying to solve with Treebo Customer care and instead of choosing basic polite behaviour expected in any hospitality business, Mr. Mohanty chose to be loud,rude, disrespectful and of course Badtameez. Due to my work I have stayed in a lot of hotel but have never seen such a bad behaviour from any staff. Start from entering the hotel with my friend, the guard was staring and giving us such a bad look as if we are committing any crime. Then at reception Mr. Mohanty tried to extract double the amount we have paid just because there was some confusion. While I was trying to resolve it with the Agent website he understood that there will be no need to pay more, so he started acting rudely and of course loudly. When some other guest arrived then only he stopped yelling and finally after 45 mins-1 hr he had let us enter for our already full paid room. After the sick mentality guard, badtameez receptionist while we were resting in our room after a long journey some people started knocking our door like a psycho and when I answered he said that by mistake he knocked. HE KNOCKED FOR 5 MINUTES CONTINUOUSLY AND LOUDLY. The amenities in room was very less and when I asked for anything they said that they won't provide and I shall manage with whatever there is. So yeah, choose this hotel in the worst case scenario and only if you have to. Family staying have problem with couple and couple staying have problem with management. So apparently it's good for none. After the worst night when we went for our breakfast (for which we had PAID), we witnessed another sick staff. He was so rude that we opted not to eat .He was untrained and had no manners in how to deal with guest. For whatever we asked like coffee or warm Puri he behaved as if we are eating for free. He was very young yet he was mannerless towards his elders. So yeah... Start from entering this damn hotel till checking out, we had worst experience. The management, the staffs all were of poor grade. Either train your staff well or do not allow guest to enter ! Thank you.

Pathetic service. Have you seen a hotel who claims to be a star property and don't even provide the bath towel in the evening at the time of check in!! their logic is "You have to use it in the morning, so we will place it in the morning." They don't have even bedsheet and blanket for extra bed. Most surprising, then don't even give packaged drinking water as room amenity. Even a room of 1000/- provides these basic amenities. Overall, very dissatisfying experience. Note- don't get lured by their flashy look on the net. Their service is pathetic. They are just interested in getting the full amount before check in so that you can't do anything. Only good thing is its room interior. That's all. Management, please look into your service aspect.

The rooms as shown in picture are a little bit more brighter so don't go on pics..... ac are very old .... Geasers may sometimes work or even don't.... Wifi is available there.... Food options is available there in hotel itself, which is too costly. Overall satisfied with service but rates for food and rooms are too high

The location is the only good part about this hotel and yes,the staff is really attentive and helpful. Other than that personally feel they charge a bit more for their rooms than deserved. A basic room starts somewhere around 1600-2000 INR, where the washroom isn't that good and really small. The food is good though. And the local market within walking distance

Lodges are more friendly and clean than this hotel. My worst experience, no area for drivers to stay. Even managers abused my Driver for their own mistake. Rooms are in bad condition doors do not properly close or open. Tv has no channels recharged.
