FabHotel Holiday Grand - Hotel in Danapur, Patna

Worst property worst staff waste stay. Staff behaviour is soo rude. Cleanliness is less than one star. Mosquitos all around rooms. My family fall sick after returning from this hotel. Fab hotel gave me booking for 2600 but at the hotel they charged me extra or threats me to cancel the booking. Fab hotel worst platform to book hotels

Very bad experience with Fab hotel holiday grand Was booked on official fab hotel app.. Then visited Hotel on 10 PM then hotel manager denied to check in After we requested he a ready to give room on extra charge Then we payed extra charge and check in After that room , bed is not clean Also not giving complimentary water,soup etc like other hotels Don't go to this hotel.. Also manager behaviour is non cooperative..

Location was good but the hospitality was not upto mark. It was below average. Will think twice before booking again. Room was not clean and called multiple times but they did came to clean the room. Although blank was also dirty. On paying that much amount it comes under worst experience till now.

Pathetic experience wouldn't suggest anyone to stay here The room service is pathetic, rooms & dustbins are never cleaned. PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. The staff is rude af and won't provide any service on time. Worst experience.

Fabhotel agency and hotel cheated me. Fab booked the hotel with the amount Rs.1197 and i have transfered Rs.360 online and after reaching to hotel they have asked Rs. 1300 +360online = 1660 I checkInn at 2:30AM and don't have any other option and paid whatever they asked. Location is also not good... This is only a home stay not a hotel, and not more than that. Photos whatever uploaded on google or fab id is only for missleading the customer and i think fab is also supporting in doing so. I also called fab representative who didn't pick my any call. Very disappointed with the stay. Raat k 2:30AM par kahe or ja b nhi sakta tha...

Never ever book this place ... staff is very rude & their service is pathetic. If you're staying with family this is not the right place at all. We booked 18 rooms & when we arrived, rooms were not at all ready & extremely dirty . We asked them to clean at least but their attitude was extremely laid back. This hotel is only for couples who usually book for 2hrs because they don't change the Bedsheets & they don't care at all. Very unhygienic & they'll not listen . Extremely bad experience with the whole staff & they don't know how to run a hotel.

Asking extra money than online booking after 1hour fight he ready to provide rooms but service is very bad, when we asking for 2 towels after 1 hour he provide 1 towel and saying ''ye bhii bddii mushkhiil le adjust kr ke laayaa huu '' low quality service don't visit this place Also The manager behavior is not rude and non cooperative

Don't go with hotel holiday grand staff behavior very bad, but fab team behavior very good and supportive
