FabHotel Grand Arya - Hotel in Danapur, Patna

Guests come to hotel and see two things, the sheets/towels provided and the quality of cleaning in washroom. They both were of sub standard in this hotel. In fact, while washing face, the wash basin itself fell down and I hurt my finger and leg badly. The latches of all the doors, the taps were badly maintained. Need to improve a lot..

The hotel rooms were really very very classy n well maintained and the staffs were also very humble and kind.. really wonderful experience with them,,

Today I recently visited this hotel to use washroom with my family and the Manager denied to use the washroom and told that you can go anywhere as I can't allow to use the washroom. I think this type of hotel only open rooms for public without knowing their legal rights. As per the interpretation of "free access" term given in Section 7(2) of the Indian Sarais Act 1867 enables a person to ask and consume water or use the washrooms of such hotels for free at any hotel at any time. In India, you can legally access free water and washroom facilities at hotels and lodge. Inspite of all these this type of hotel who without knowing anything take license to open hotels and doesn't think about the benefits of public where legal access is free to the things. I will file complaint against this hotel in consumer court also because such hotel needs to get aware about insuring the public facilities anywhere anytime.

The rooms were decent. The food served was not upto the mark. There were power issues happening. Was stuck in the lift for a few minutes. Fortunately power came back. The staff are nice and well behaved but they should be dressed nice too to bring in the appeal. Overall not a bad stay.

Very bad experience..it's a third class hotel ...and hotel staff are very rude and unprofessional.. hotel manager don't know how to talk with client ...we have booked 4 Room with breakfast and dinner but hotel manager charges for breakfast and dinner extra.very very bad hotel

This is my 2nd time stay at this property and it's always a great experience here. Rooms are pretty big/clean with all basic amenities like AC, wardrobe, TV, water heater.Rooms are with Balcony. Service is prompt. Foods are awesome and comes with good quantity. My family loves this place during our multiple stays here. A good 5star property.

Facility was under construction when I visited. Very nice, airy, big and clean rooms. Visited again, with my family. Good experience

It is One Of the Best Hotels... This Hotel Is very safe and Secure for solo women travellers... The hotel staff is very understanding and extremely co-operative... It felt like home... Thank you so much fab Hotel Grand Arya for providing such a wonderful Service.. If and when I come to Patna once again In the future.. I will surely and definitely stay here once again...
