FabExpress Ashiyana Inn - Hotel in Rukanpura, Patna

This hotel is in a quintessential residential zone and they literally have parking space for one car. Having below average rooms and services is one thing but this hotel and its owners are a menace for nearby residents. Clogging roads, parking unauthorised infront of residences and blocking their daily lives! You will always find a couple of folks standing around the reception eye balling street goers and nearby residents. I have no idea how local police and authorities have allowed this hotel to open and operate in such a dense residential area!! EPITOMY OF CORRUPTION AND CRONYISM!!

Worst stay ever in my life. Don't know how Fab hotels even listed this property in their platform. Even 3rd class OYO rooms are better than this. Images shown in app are clearly misguiding. There was used condom lying below the pillow and room was stinky. Washroom was not clean and used bedsheets were provided. Worst experience

Very bad experience. Could not sleep due to loud music and noise by other occupants.

Never ever seen worst service like this hotel. AC - Not working, Food-pathetic, you give them order and they will serve almost after 1.5 hours, and that too food with no test, no one available to clean room after dinner, though they don't have any common area for dining, uploading pics of burned out bread butter, which have spoiled my morning also, even on checkout morning.

Near ashiyana Nagar is a decent place to stay. Service was good but in bone chilling winter they are not providing extra blankets. They can cooperate more. But as per their rule they were on track. So overall it is a good place

Worst experience... Unprofessional staffs. They will talk sweetly only for the first time unless you book their service. Once you booked, they will try every possible ways to extract money from your pocket. The next time you book they will try to extract more money. Rooms are not clean as well. Behaviour of staffs are highly rude specially receptionist. Few things to know- 1. Accepts online payments as well as card payments. 2. Two wheeler parking available. 3. Wheelchair accessible entrance available. 4. Wheelchair accessible parking available. 5. Cleanliness not upto the mark. Note- Above mentioned points are purely based on my personal experience.

Absolutely the best option for your stay at the given price and location. The room has AC, brand new TV and all fitted washroom. It is spacious too. If you want a perfect stay close to the main road. Go ahead and book this stay.
