Aalcajars Inn

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, the ambience and environment were quite pleasant. The decor was tasteful, and the place had a relaxing vibe which made for a comfortable stay. However, I did face a disappointing experience with the staff. I found an insect in water bottle, and when I brought it to the staff's attention, instead of addressing the issue politely, one of the workers accused me of lying. I found this behavior unprofessional and quite disrespectful. Apart from this incident, the rest of the services were good -- clean rooms, decent amenities, and a nice atmosphere. I hope the management looks into staff behavior and handles such concerns more gracefully in the future.

Pleased with hospitality of staff and everyone there. Made my stay comfortable with genuine behaviour. And let's not forget about the taste of food these guys provide. It is amazing. Trust I don't give positive review quite often but they deserve it. Happy to be there.

The room was good but had poor maintenance.The washroom's flush was defective and was rectified after frequent follow up.The bathroom drain was clogged and had to be rectified.The bedsheets and towels were torn and dirty and were changed next day only.The complimentary breakfast had limited options and was very spicy and oily so could not eat.Even after informing them that this does not suits me the hotel did not provide any alternatives neither made it less spicy for rest of the days,so I paid without having breakfast. They don't provide plates in the room so you cannot have fruits and other things in room. The housekeeping services are also provided after 2 pm so if you go somewhere they will not clean your room and neither provide water bottle for that day.Even after several requests they failed to send someone for room cleaning before 2 pm.If you want their room service you will have to wait till They took 7 hours to provide glass in the room for drinking water after 7 follow ups. The staff is untrained and insensitive,so they will just don't provide any service and when you follow up they will just ignore it.

My experience in this hotel has been terrible. The rooms are untidy. Lots of dust everywhere. Old toiletries are supplied by the staff. Prices are too high. Absolutely not value for money

We enjoyed Best quantity of food, well organized party , neet and cleen facility. Two person, Mr. Sanjeev and Mr. Suman were very calm and expert in hospitality service

amazing experience. Patna's best services and food taste is also amazing, location is very good. And the most important thing is that the staff here is absolutely friendly and they did not let us feel that we are new guests for them. tq so much all aalcajars inn teams

Nice cozy hotel,well maintained, spacious rooms. Decent staffs, budget friendly hotel. Decent restaurant serving traditional veg and non veg food as well as Chinese cuisines.
