Worst hotel. Charged extra for 2year child entry after online booking already done for 2year child. Rooms are average and mosquitos all around. No mosquito machine or liquid available with hotel. Behaviour with customer weird and deny online bookings for extra income.

recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was even offered a complimentary drink while I waited. My room was immaculate, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room amenities were top-notch, including a high-quality coffee maker and luxurious bath products. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, such as the personalized welcome note and the fresh flowers in the room. The location of the hotel is perfect--close to major attractions, shopping centers, and public transportation. It made exploring the city so much easier. The hotel restaurant is a must-try, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes and a great ambiance. What really set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in ensuring I had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions and were always available to assist with any request. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough! Extremely Bad experience.. They will charge extra for everything.. The staff made us wait for atleast 45 minutes before the room got cleaned And they even 500 charged extra just for a drop of blood stain on the bedsheet No outside food is allowed The behaviour of the staff and management is very rude and bad Choose for a better option never ever come here

Never book this hotel. The hotel was so bad that they cancelled my booking even after I booked it around 10 days earlier for my exam, And I paid the amount too but on the day of the exam they cancelled my booking. As a girl it was very troubling and I was traveling alone so I faced many challenges . I was roaming in Patna to find a hotel because of these bewfoofs. I hate them. They are very bad. Bad people.

Staff here are ill mannered no proper service horrible experience try to stay away from these cheating places.
