I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at king palace hotel.... air conditioning in my room was not working, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude and even used foul language when I tried to address the issue. Additionally, there were frequent power cuts, which added to the overall inconvenience. This experience was far below my expectations, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have experience this king palace Hotel' I m not recommendation to go and stay there, AC wasn't working, and frequent power cuts made the stay unbearable. Staff was unresponsive and bad behavior from hotel Mangers end' if you facing any kind of issue in middle of night telephone not working staff not available and I personally feel Hotel is not safe. Soo please if you stay with your mother 'sister daughter and wife please not go there

Worst marriage hall I have ever seen.. The staffs are all rude.. Neither did elevator work nor did AC work all the time.. The staff there are goons.. These people can spoil your good marriage.. Don't book this marriage hall even by mistake.

It's wonderful experience to book reception party. Staffing and services are also very good. You can also visit here. Hopefully you will experience the same.

This Hotel is amazing. There staff is very humble, responsible and Accountable. And Rooms are clean and good environment.

"Hotel KING" the name speaks for itself. I stayed in this hotel in the month of Feb 2023 and during my stay the hospitality of entire staff was so excellent that I felt that I am the King . Hotel staffs are very humble, polite and very friendly. Hotel is very very clean and also it is centrally located in Nawada. I will recommend everyone to stay in this hotel and have the same experience. See you soon Hotel KING, best stay ever.
