The Royal Phular

My recent stay at "The Royal Phular, Muzaffarpur", was sadly a highly disappointing occurrence. I had a family gathering so I booked two of their basic room and a 'Nalanda' suit (which they claim to b the most expensive room at that place. The room was not duly cleaned, carpets had stained and dusty, room service was very rude. I called the room service and asked for couple of bottle of water and I was shocked to see that the hotel staff gave me two bottle of highly dirty bottle of tap water instead of any packed mineral water. I am going to attach the picture of that bottle. I even complained it to the front desk and the manager, however, nobody even ever reached out to me with an explanation as well as any apologies. Me and my family even encountered few more issues. Like, when we requested them to clean our rooms, instead of doing that they said they do only once a day. I wish to contact the hotel management if I get a chance so they could act in a responsible way and strictly look into this matter. Overall- Rooms- pretty bad, not hygienic Service- disappointing Staffs including manager- not helpful Lastly, I would say my overall experience was pretty bad and disappointing.

Extremely high cost with reference to the Room size,service,food quality! Except excellent interior,furniture, decorations nothing appreciable Be it room size room furniture availability room service food quality ! Frustrating behavior of front office and reception! Excellent look,worst performance!

Very bad service. The staff literally argued with me. hospitality and management was pathetic. The Managers are not supportive and friendly enough About food so it is okayish.

We were here for dinner. Recommended by locals, the local delicacy, litthi chokha, served here was authentic and delicious. The service is warm, prompt and professional. The seating is spacious and the location is convenient - in a prominent area of the city.

I asked for a room with single bed be it queen size or king size but despite i got twin sharing bed which is not mentioned even in my booking voucher. Not supportive staff. Bad experience.

This might be the worst hotel in Muzaffarpur. Staff's behaviour is very poor. Do not go here at any cost. Good reviews here are mostly paid ones.

One of the worst places to spoil your special occassion I attended the banquet for one of my closest member of my family starting with the entrance it's too steep and anyone can slip and mishap can happen ,secondly the food got short people had to wait for food and last but not the least airconditioner has to be requested to switch on , please come upto the standard of three star or just degrade to a lesser star that suits the standard of the service provided.

Totally waste ....wrost food quality..you can see lacha Paratha delivered by phular...no one should visit or ordered from there
