The Landmark Hotel

Location is okay. We were there only for 1 night. If you are self driving can be a bit tricky as the hotel's parking is in the basement and on a very busy intersection. But its all managed pretty well. The room is done pretty well. Good size and everything you need is given. Well, it all ends there. Because if you avail any service you will be disappointed. It seems the staff is not very well trained. We ordered food in our room, as we were tired of driving through the day. So when the food came, there was one plate and cutlery for one! I immediately reminded the room service that we were a couple and I was assured that one more set will be sent immediately. Well that didn't happen and we finished our dinner sharing a plate and a fork and a spoon between us. I asked for a mosquito repellent, that never came. I came across the young duty manager later in the evening at the hotel reception and when I related to him as to what had transpired with us, he was very apologetic but the damage was already done. Anyways I wish them best of luck for the future.

We stayed here on our way back from Kathmandu. Good service and rooms were clean and comfy. Dinner and breakfast was delightful. Mr. Nelson Mandela took good care of us. Good hotel overall!

I really like the ambience of the hotel but hospitality is poor cause when I entered the room there was no water bottle at room and then I just called at reception regards water bottle he told me that wait I m sending the which is aro water which i told him that I don't need that I want packaging water bottle I mean sealed water bottle he gave me the restaurant no.n said talk to them after that I called them n asked for water bottle that guy directly told me that u have to pay I said okay no worries it's not about money the thing is if u are claiming your property is 4star then u have to take look out of everything.

Ordered Dal Makhani with Naan was delicious,good amount, saunf added as asked. Awesome Packaging .Second order tastier with Better Spices. Got different quantity same dish on all orders.Maintain Same quantity and Spice Consistency.

I visited this place with my family.it was my short stay.but I think it is the best hotel in Muzaffarpur.the quality of food is awesome by taste and presentation.breakfast is good. Keep it good work .seeyou soon

I stayed here overnight with my family while being on a road trip to Guwahati, It was very warm and cozy stay under budget, highly recommended to anyone arriving in Muzaffarpur.

People are very nice food are awesome all reception staff are very nicely talk rooms are neat and clean security facility are available pickup and drop are also available room view is also very good the land mark hotel is one if the best hotel in bihar this hotel is maintain a luxury environment
