Very Poor Experience Worst Hotel Experience Ever - Avoid at All Costs! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment I stepped in, it was a disaster. The lobby smelled like mildew, the staff was rude and uninterested, and check-in took forever. When I finally got to the room, I was greeted by stained sheets, hair in the sink, and a cockroach crawling across the floor. The air conditioner sounded like a tractor and barely worked, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. To make matters worse, the "free Wi-Fi" never connected, the walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything from the room next door--everything. I asked to change rooms, and they acted like I was being dramatic. Breakfast was a joke--stale cereal, sour milk, and burnt coffee. Honestly, sleeping in my car would've been a better option. This place is a health hazard, and it should be shut down. Save your money and your sanity--go anywhere else.

I personally love this place but sorry to say not going to visit again I suggest you to change your resturant manager he says (I can't give you buttler service ) but all I'm asking him at least be responsible anyone who is taking order. Need to improve staff because I love this place and good people make place better and hotel industry is all about hospitality I request the ower please look after this matter .

1. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! This hotel is the biggest mistake of my life. I booked my wedding here, and they double-booked our rooms without informing us. My guests were left stranded, running around looking for accommodation at the last minute. The manager, Ashish, was beyond rude and acted like it was our fault. The food was stale, cold, and tasted awful--some guests even got sick. The bathrooms were dirty and smelled horrible. No room service, no hospitality, just scams. The staff had zero professionalism and couldn't care less about guests. They took our money and disappeared when we needed help. I will never forgive them for ruining my special day.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL! We stayed at this hotel for a special occasion, and it was the worst experience we've ever had. The staff, especially Ashish, was unprofessional and rude. They did not respect our booking and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The food was inedible, and the rooms were dirty. We had no towels, no toiletries, and no help when we asked for them. The bathrooms were filthy, and we were forced to clean them ourselves. This hotel should be shut down for its poor service and lack of hospitality.

Attended an engagement party of my cousin last year , service was good but didn't get the concept of opening hotel in residential area in Bihar although it's approachable. Food was okay as every item tasted similar whether it's Manchurian or paneer stuff . Arrangement was upto the mark . But the hotel and banquet area appears little congested to me as they have tried to incorporate everything like swimming pool and other things at same place

SCAM ALERT - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We booked a beautiful wedding package with this hotel, but the reality was far from what was promised. Rooms weren't ready upon our arrival, and no one had any information about our booking. Ashish was completely unhelpful and blamed us for their mistakes. To make matters worse, they double-booked our rooms and forced us to move our guests to another hotel. The food was absolutely disgusting-cold, stale, and tasteless. It's shocking that this place is even in business. The bathrooms were unhygienic, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. Save your money and find a better venue-this place is a nightmare!

If you don't care about your reputation, go ahead with this one! I traveled from Canada to have my wedding at this place, BIG MISTAKE. The event coordinator (Ashish Ji) is a very disrespectful person. We finalized everything in December, and our wedding was in February 2025. From the time we did our initial payment, Ashish ji stopped responding; we called multiple times, including the hotel manager, and everyone refused to give us a straight answer. We are supposed to reach the property by 1st feb, rooms were not booked, there was no decoration, and the hotel staff had no idea about the event. Last day (on the day of my vidai), Ashish ji barged into rooms, took out the keys, and started abusing my bhabhi and her kids. PS: People at the reception are very rude.

I stayed at the Royal Emerald Hotel in Muzaffarpur for two nights. The rooms were nice offering a comfortable environment and the services was good. However the bedding including pillows and towels was not up to the mark which need some improvement. Additionally amenities like soap were not replenished on the second day which was inconvenient. Despite these minor issues the food was decent and the overall experience was pleasant. Staff members were so polite that they apologised for not being able to start the breakfast early. I would recommend the hotel for comfortable stay at around 3 grands. Update : I forgot my phone charger in the room but had to struggle with the hotel (which was in denial mode) and ultimately got it back after three days. So collect your belongings before leaving the room.
