The Crown Hotel & Banquets

I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations set by your reputation. 1. Dirty Room: Upon arrival, I found the room to be poorly maintained, with visible dirt and an overall unclean appearance. 2. Unclean Bathroom: The bathroom was in a particularly unacceptable state, with stains and an unpleasant odor. 3. Poor Service: The service was below standard. Requests for basic amenities were either delayed or ignored, making the stay very inconvenient. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and service from your establishment. I hope you take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to avoid such issues for future guests.

The Crown is amazing. The food offered here are not only tasty but also satisfactorily hygienic. The ambience therein realy justify its name an slogan - true world class CROWN. The staffs, and particularly the caretaker are well mannered and awesome. At last, Mr. Srivastava deserves special mention. His friendly and responsible approach is unforgettable. He bears all the responsibilities and the hosts are left with only one duty - a duty to enjoy the occasion in fullest. Thanks THE CROWN, thanks a lot.

Great place for any type of function. I personally had a Wonderful experience celebrating my parents silver jubilee. Even the staffs are so cooperative and respectful...

Yesterday, I visited the place to attend the wedding of my relative. First of all, It is located on 3rd floor, loft facility is not available at night, We use ladder to commute and there is no light at that area l, it was so difficult for old age to reach the Floor. Food taste is also not upto the mark. Overall not good experience.

All the decorations and Food items are very delicious here. They will Never disappoint you. Behaviour of Management is too good. Mark the beginning of making unforgettable memories from here

Amazing place to organise parties over there. Quality food and great staff. All are very supportive . Kudos to Mr Setu. He was just a call away to help in any situation. Good work team. Keep going and all the best

The food and service was outstanding,. Beautiful party hall we did for 200 people the party went well without any hesitation. We highly recommending this place for family and friends. Thank you so much to Mr. Pratul and his team.
