Pet friendly hotel in Muzaffarpur, me and my furry family had pleasant stay at Ratna hotel...fairly priced, stayed there overnight...completely fenced hotel, with a ground for pets to be free and have some space in a rather congested place like Muzaffarpur...rooms were clean, hotel staff was helpful, especially Mr. Mukesh Kumar manager of the hotel, who went out of the way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable...happy to have spent a day there...would recommend...

The place was hygienic, Cooperative staff members. The room was very nice and comfortable, spacious.

Usually, i don't give review. However, this property "RATNA HOTEL & BANQUET" is superb comfortable and peaceful with quite big and luxury room. I must say Mukesh kumar is the lovely person who will host you. And give you superb service regarding hotel and rooms. Best part is its PET FRIENDLY HOTEL.

The sataff are very cooperative and the hygiene and cleanliness is maintained. Rooms are also good. Money worthy
