OYO Hotel Central Park is a decent choice if you're looking for budget accommodation in Muzaffarpur, especially with its central location near Aghoria Bazar and Chowk. The rooms were clean, but the facilities felt a bit outdated. One of the main drawbacks was the slow service -- it took longer than expected to get basic requests fulfilled. The staff were polite, but not very proactive. The hotel could benefit from better maintenance, especially in terms of bathroom cleanliness and Wi-Fi connectivity. However, if you're just staying for a short time and need a convenient, no-frills option, this hotel works fine. Definitely could improve, but not a bad choice for the price!

Rooms are good but staff behaviour and services are very bad. They charged me 3000 for a night yet they didn't give us any kind of blankets we use our blanket which is carried itself in the bathroom any kind of towels and soap are not available and room service is like masaallah they are making fools and have only fancy price tag or slogans on office areas like free wife free complimentary breakfast and blah blah do not come here because staff have rude behaviour or they work only for tip service

The hotel is good but the hotel staff talks so rudely, both of them who stay at the reception, I have never seen anything like this. 5Worst hotel staff . They disturb couple and charge 1500 for 2 hours You can't stay with your partner because they are not good They use abusive words for their customers . This hotel is totally bad Muzaffarpur ka sabse ghatia hotel wo sirf staff ki wjh se jo bhut gande h jo guest ko privacy me disturb krte h or abusive word use krte h .

Wrost and bakwas wrost servies wrost food and no ac working keept us waiting for 2 hr even after booking

Hotel room is good but the staff is really bad when it comes to solve any issue related to AC or anything.... They blame each other for the problem nd they et away with it without solving your problem... This is the worst service I have ever faced in my entire life... Service is really poor Very irresponsible persons. They provide food also at hotel but those food are made from unclened tank syntex water... Very unhygenic. I would never recommend such place to stay to anyone unless apke jaan pe na bani ho.
