Very peaceful and clean place and room are also clean

To start with we have had a hard time at room allocation, hotel management is bluff masters as I've reached hotel already delayed by 7 hrs and was denied my admission stating they haven't received any confirmation email from MMT and I was kept waited for 2 more hrs giving me so much humiliation and embarrassment. Finally after a big ruckus I was allotted a room and actual struggle started from then...there's no hygiene in room, it's stinky, no mirror and no ventilation in the room, room service and food was pathetic...and staff, can't imagine such worst ever hotel listed by MMT...in the nutshell, customers are being fooled by the ratings and offers provided by MMT...And MMT, pls don't loose customers' confidence as we plan our trips, be it business or personal, according to the accommodation bookings and I believe ur business is based on this. Finally the cattle shed is better then the Aarav Plaza room which was allotted to us

Located in Tilak Maidan Road my stay at Hotel Aarav Plaza was an adventure in itself. I was on my way to attend a Railway Recruitment Board exam and I had flat tyres. It was hot summer and I had no intention to stay on road. I took a shelter at Aarav Plaza and it was a good decision. Since I was not stationed for long / overnight with what I witnessed this was a decent accommodation at a pocket friendly price. ||||The amenities for food and water were apt and the rooms were decent enough. Not sure of service as I did not utilize much.

I have a stay here for a marriage. I felt very comfortable staying here. It is a good fit location. Nice ambience. The food here was also excellent. The people of the staff very well helped. The best thing is that I found everything better in this low prices. I would say that this is a great hotel.

Since this is is my home town so i know this hotel very well. I came back during marriage ceremony and had to stay here. This is the most supportive, e-friendly, good quality hotel in entire muzaffarpur. ||||If you ever come to Muzaffarpur, dont think to go anywhere else.

I found this deal online and I was very much overwhelmed by the basic amenities provided in this hotel. It has complimentary morning breakfast and wifi connection with decent customer service. I recommend visiting this once at least.

Good budget hotel for night stay at Muzaffarpur. Walking distance from Muzaffarpur railway station. I took a rickshaw for Rs 20 to reach there. Located on the second floor above the bank. but there are few negative points also. 1. AC was dripping water 2. Food service is not ok. Delay in service and they bring from outside. 3. They have put up a poster near the reception that any guest booking rooms at price less than Rs 995 will not be allowed. Now this is not customer fault. It's something internal to Oyo and the hotel. Then why should the customer suffer for that. Humiliation and inconvenience?

This is the best hotel and situated in heart of city. food is too good and all staff are friendly behaiver. very quick servives.room price is to good . its a budget hotel. Rooms are too good. lobby is too good.
