While our stay at Muzaffarpur for 10 days, we stayed at Milan Residential. The hotel is centrally located. There was some work going on outside, but the rooms are very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is good if you don't want to step out. Apart from few difficulties, it was a great stay.

Excellent customer service and also food quality is the best. Hotel staff is very humble and supportive. Highly recommended to stay for corporate employees.

Dirty hotel, don't waste your money in millan there is very hotels in muzaffapur go through that but don't go in millan it's total money waste, bad behavior, it was good when deepesh was there. Faltu hai millan and the owner is also bad gye

Service is very poor. If you are booing this place for any function be assured that they will serve cold food. The behaviour of staffs is also not proper they keep on arguing with guests. You can see waiters serving sweets and other dishes with hands instead of using spoons. The taste of food is good but pathetic service. Even a small shop , hotel, restaurant has better service than milan. Dont book for functions and waste money here. I have experienced this in events of 3 4 known persons and relatives.

Mixed experience. Need training of staffs. Food quality is not as per the expectations as compared to price. Management should look into this? Suggestions: Service improvement. Customer care should be well trained. Food quality should be improved.

Banquet hall is good and can easily accommodate around 100 people or more. Temperature control is good as well. Mishra tower have prime location which makes is suitable for multiple communities around the town. I would like to recommend this place for small treat kind of scene. Thank you!
