Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at JJK Rukmini Vilas. Right from check-in, the service was disappointing. The front desk staff was indifferent and barely helpful, making the process unnecessarily slow and frustrating. The room was nothing like the pictures online -- poorly maintained, with stained bedsheets, a musty smell, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks. The air conditioning barely worked, and there were frequent power outages without any backup. Room service was equally bad. We had to call multiple times for basic necessities like towels and water, and when the staff finally did show up, they were rude and careless. The food was overpriced and of extremely poor quality -- stale, cold, and tasteless. The worst part? When we raised our concerns with the management, they brushed everything off and showed zero accountability. Overall, it felt like the hotel had no interest in guest comfort or satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone -- it's not worth the money, time, or frustration.

We booked the hotel for our engagement, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The hall wasn't cleaned, the AC didn't work, and the staff was rude and unresponsive. Our food was served cold and late, ruining the entire celebration. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Worst experience ever, I prefer to be single rather than organising any event at this place.

The room is okay but the service is pathetic ... The kitchen has timing it closes after every few hours and they take minimum 1 and a half hours to deliver food and even for a bottle of mineral water they take over an hour ... When you ask them on reception for the late service they say ... "Yours is not the only room" .. the room and location is good no doubt but hospitality, service and facilities are pathetic.

It's a 3 star hotel(feels like 4 star) at a very generous price in core muzaffarpur Location - (2.5/5) in a gali via busy market but near main market and railway station. Ambience -(4/5) In house restaurant - (3.5/5) good food at good prices. Service - (4/5) Parking (4/5) small but good enough space. When you are in a room you are staying at some hill station hotel, multiple indoor games options like snooker and foosball. Definitely recommend.

Me and my mom/dad had an amazing stay here. I have never stayed in hotel before that also cleaned my car. Great piece of hospitality. I will always pick this place for future travels.

In the middle of town this property is best suited to be used as marriage banquet hall and hotel as well . Ample lawn space is there to perform any ceremony . Rooms are neat and big with balcony . However room service is slow and delayed and one may not find some items mentioned in menu . But the staffs are cooperative and prompt !

We took 3 rooms. Rooms are very big with king size bed. Big balcony is there too. It's having AC, TV, Wardrobe, 2 Speakers and multiple Mirrors. Interior is beautifully decorated with false ceiling and various lights. Washroom is well maintained with Geyser, Shower and Basin. It's also having both big and small mirrors inside. They also provide food service. Food was good as well. Few things need improvement - they don't provide sealed water bottles to visitors even after charging extra money. Also, water supply in washroom is having some issue. Warm water is coming from Basin even though Geyser is switched OFF whereas Cold water is coming from Tap even though Geyser is switched ON. Its taking long time to adjust the water temperature in washroom. Dustbins in all rooms are broken and cannot be opened.
