Location is good - near govt bus stand and railway station. Hotel is bit inside but ambience is good and clean. I had unfortunately got a room which was not dusted properly. Personally I found rates bit high and breakfast is not included in that rate. Service is good and food is also good. One of the well maintained hotels in Muzaffarpur.

Safe and secured budget hotel. Good to stay for a day or two. Check rooms before you check in. Some rooms have bad smells. There is no star catagori hotel at Muzaffarpur. Please do not get misguided by some online hotel booking sites. The entire hotel is on the first floor of a building just opposite to SP office.

Good and luxurious hotel according to the place having well conditioned from outside and inside. All types of Room are there as per your budget in safe zone .it is somewhat noisy because it is near the main Road. If you are in a search of good hotel to check in it could a good option for you having all facilities

We stayed here for one night on business tours. Price are nominal when booked through web portals. Rooms are spacious, with all amenities. Good service. Food quality of food is also ok. Situated in the midst of the city, so easy to move around.

The hall is spacious with AC all around. It has a stage also. But I'm not sure about catering. I've been there once and the food was horrible. If that food was from hotel then they need to improve but if it was some other caterer, they need to shut their business of catering.

2 months ago I had to stay here. My experience has been great. The hotel is based on today's trend. The location of the hotel is fine. All the amenities are superb. The meal was a bit expensive but it was great. The taste and quality of the food were both excellent. I would like to stop here again. Recommend to all of you.

I have stayed there for a business meeting. It is very near to Muzaffarpur Railway Stand and Muzaffarpur Bus Stand. The hotel rooms are very luxurious and very clean with a very fragment smell. The service provides by the hotel staff are really good.
