I had an excellent stay at pratima. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, were top-notch. The location was convenient, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended !!!

Isse bura experience kuch nahi ho sakta hai.Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was infested with mosquitoes, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. Despite voicing our concerns to the manager, there was a complete lack of civic sense and no effort made to address the issue. To make matters worse, the room lacked an attached toilet, and the shared facility provided was absolutely horrendous. The stench was unbearable, and the state of cleanliness was appalling. To top it off, the lock on our door was not working properly, leaving us feeling unsafe throughout the night. This experience was beyond terrible and has left us with a lasting impression of the hotel's utter disregard for basic hygiene and guest comfort.

'Wahiyaaaaat', don't ever book this place. I regret to say that our stay at this hotel was utterly disappointing. Despite booking in advance, we were denied the rooms we reserved upon arrival. The lack of staff was evident as the rooms were left uncleaned and unhygienic throughout our stay. The overall experience was a complete letdown, and it's clear that the positive reviews we relied on were misleading. This hotel falls far short of basic standards and fails to provide even the most basic amenities. Avoid at all costs.
