Hotel Ganesha

I had a very positive experience at this hotel. The room, service, and communication were all excellent. A special thanks to Manager Saurabhji, who went above and beyond. I was in severe pain due to a kidney stone around 12:30 PM and had no one with me. I knocked on his door, and he immediately rushed me to the hospital, staying with me for 3 hours. I've travelled a lot, but never met such a caring and helpful staff member. He even asked me to call him after reaching my next destination. Truly grateful!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ganesh for a weekend and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I was immediately impressed by the modern and stylish decor. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. The bathroom was immaculate. The hotel's location is also ideal.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also prove sauna, security deposit box and terrace. Overall, if you are around, I recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfy hotel in city, lots of space. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and muzaffarpur railway station. Wonderfull breakfast with a choice for every diet, staff were friendly, water heater worked well.
