*Our server was completely absent, taking forever to take our order and never checking back to see if we needed anything." * We waited over one and half hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and completely incorrect." * The food was incredibly bland and poorly presented, with ingredients clearly not fresh. It was a major disappointment for the price." * Extreme uncleanliness, rude or unhelpful staff, significantly poor food quality, malfunctioning amenities, excessive noise, long wait times, and a general lack of attention to customer needs. ** Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me , dont go with this Five Star INN.

Poor behaviour of service staff's. Kitchen staff's with dirty clothes are working in restaurant like they are in park. Don't want to visit again.
