HOTEL CHANDRALOK

Rooms is very in bad condition. No proper maintenance of Rooms. Manager and staff is very Rude and not cooperative. They abusing with guest. And Room price is too high. I suggest to people not going there. The people are unprofessional . They don't how to behave with Guest. So please don't go there.

One of the oldest hotels in Muzaffarpur City. Located at Chandralok Chowk the chowk name is on the name of the hotel. It owns a big campus with commercial rented stores and offices. The hotel is on both side of the road and is good to stay. Kitchen is good, you will like the food served here.

A good hotel for night staying. Room s are clean and well maintained. People coming from out side may easily find it. It is well described in Google map. It is near to the railway station which is Muzaffarpur junction. Road communication is also very convenient. The natural scene is also very good. Room rental is moderate. Hospitality is fine. Rooms are available for all categories. High quality or moderate quality, all category rooms are here to meet up the need of night stay at this hotel.

Really bad Hotel Staff They off AC From Out side and charge 1000 Extra... Bad behaviour of staff unprofessional Don't visit there Very bad experience... Whole Night Sleepless Night because They Cut Off the AC switch from Out side... very Cheap and bad people.... don't come this hotel... U will regret

It's not bad but you can try to book room but there customer service is not good
