Hotel Central Square

This hotel provided substandard accommodations and service. The room was excessively small, and the air conditioning malfunctioned. Furthermore, a staff member's unprofessional conduct included soliciting payment upon arrival.

Very helpful and kind staff, nice spacious suite room, location is also very asseccible and they also have parking space

Very pathetic Even the Ac wasn't working at 12 o'clock, they had the excuse the operator will arrive within 10 mins. But he had very negative attitudes towards baarati people.

I stay in quite a few hotels, but I have never seen such dirty behavior like here There were zero facilities here even there was no Tata Sky recharge, the bed sheet was dirty and don't even ask about the behavior it was a very bad experience..

Worst staffs are provided in this hotels . Very bad behaviour of staff for their customer. They blackmail us and charge 1500 for only 2 hours and disturb the guests and they used abusive words . I request to Mr. BASANT KUMAR GROUP to take an action for that particular manager

I have the worst experience for this Hotel. I had booked room through Goibibo. Although they charge 1600/- for single room which is a moderate range but cleanliness and condition of room was very bad. Towel provided by them smelled like puke. Insects were roaming around in the room which was very small and seemed dingy. Geyser was not working and even after complaint they refused to get it repaired. Although Hotel mentions that Kitchen is available, they don't serve tea before 8 AM. Complementey breakfast which I had already paid for, was denied by the Hotel. And when I went for the Check Out, and gave them Rs. 500/- for unsettled bill of Water which was approx Rs. 100/- they refused to return the remaining amount till I mark them 5* on the Goibibo. Worst Hotel Experience of my life.
