Exceptional Experience at Hotel Atithi - A Perfect Wedding Venue! We recently hosted our daughter's wedding at Hotel Atithi, and it was truly a memorable experience! Thanks to the Hotel Manager Mr. Rajeev for his exceptional service and dedication. Right from the start, he ensured that every aspect of the event was planned and executed impeccably. Hotel Atithi was perfectly organised to accommodate our guests comfortably Mr. Rajeev's professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference. He personally oversaw the arrangements, ensured that the wedding venue was decorated beautifully, and his warm and friendly nature made us feel at ease, knowing that everything was in the hands of experts. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Rajeev, Mr. Nitin and the entire team at Hotel Atithi for making our daughter's wedding a grand success. We highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a perfectly managed event with excellent service.

my room was not up to standard. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, with visible dirt and hair in the shower. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and did not offer a resolution. This lack of service further added to my frustration. Service was extremely poor....

A good hotel, with reasonably good rooms and service. Very suited for large function like marriage, reception or corporate conference.

Had great experience. just loved the behaviour of staff ,service ,food quality .i have visited many times nd everytime the experience was too good .love the facility nd environment. rooms are clean,hygenic .would loved to visit again .

**Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!** I recently had an awful experience at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, things started to go downhill. First, they tried to charge me double the room fare, claiming it was a "system error." It felt like a blatant attempt at fraud, and it took way too long to resolve the issue. The room itself was poorly stocked--no proper dental or bathing kits were provided, which is the bare minimum you'd expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They were ill-mannered, uninformed, and seemed completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice. There are plenty of better options out there!

Worst experience ever. AC doesn't work in the room, intercom doesn't work. The contact number mentioned on Google doesn't work. If you need something then you need to go to their reception. And one pathetic thing happened to me when I ordered my breakfast (of course you need to go to there reception for availing any sort of service) they never deliver to your room and you will have to check out the hotel empty stomach because you have other priorities to meet like meetings and all. And bonus, if you complain about their pathetic service they say sometimes it happens without any regret on their faces. Such hotels they are only interested in sales and doesn't believe in providing good services for customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend people to find some other hotel and don't forget to check the reviews.

Rooms are very dirty and facilities are not upto the mark .. everything is broken inside the room
