Nice rooms for a low budget stay. Stayed with 2 other colleagues for just Rs. 1500 plus GST. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is a bit busy market area.

Please don't stay here.They are scammers. Behaviour of each and every staff is so rude and unprofessional. The lady staff and the manager was talking with me so rudely and unprofessionaly. She was abusing to their staff and yelling so badly in corridor that seems like wh*re. During checkout the manager was demanding me to pay 400 Rs. more saying that i have due of 400 Rs. While i already paid 800 Rs. During check in For A single room. Please Stay away from these bloody scammers.

Hotel location is good.Near to New Market Patna Railway Station Road.Check in experience is good.If you book it through any application then it will be cheaper for you. Amenities are there but not functioning. First night voltage fluctuated through out the night,no AC, slow fan,no charging for mobile, Geyser was not functioning,dustbin is not cleaned. Second day I stayed there till 7.00 PM although I booked it till next morning.When I back from my work in the evening I found Towel is not changed, Charging points are not working. The Evening Manager changed the room. But here also AC was not cooling, Geyser was not working. The hotel rooms are spacious and amenities are there, but it is not properly maintained.

If you visit muzaffarpur and want a hotel to stay near bus stand or railway station. This is the best option. Price is also reasonable.

Very good and amazing service from the staffs rates are too good as compared to another hotels in the area . Maintenance staffs was also good.I like it fully maintained and functional hotel I visited with my family there and i am happy with the hotel

Some Suggestions- Wash Basin Must be of Standerd size. Wash Rooms Tiles must be cleaned. One Mobile charging arrangement should b provided near Bed. Thanking U.

It's near to railway station but much nearer to bus depot. Last service provided is around 11 in night.. As a budgeted hotel, rooms are smaller then usual.

Overall Rooms is good but the hotel management needs to pay attention to the room service and cleaning.... otherwise good hotel. And price is something costly as they provide services...
