Blue Diamond Resort And Hotel

Pathetic place to stay if you are getting swayed with 4 star rating. The rooms, bedsheets, bed, toiletries, washroom amenities are all in disheveled condition. There isn't a single bedsheet or towel that is clean in the facility. The design of the rooms is such that the entire washroom water fills the room to enjoy as a pool in room itself. It is impossible to sleep due to mattress and pillow quality. Most of the items in the menu are unavailable. Least of all, a 4 star top class resort doesn't have any fruits to offer on order. Please refrain from staying here. This place is only suitable for functions, that too since no other suitable options are available.

The location is on the highway ( Darbhanga- Muzzarpur), NH. The banquet space is great and the parking is also very sufficient for catering more than 500- 1000+ guests in this Resort. The only negative feedback is the catering team is not well equipped to service the food and drinks properly for every guest. it's not the hotel or banquet fault but the catering team who is responsible for all the necessary things to be served either hot or cold or mocktails.

I had high expectations for this restaurant given its 4-star rating, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The food was bland, poorly cooked, and didn't match the descriptions on the menu. To make matters worse, the hospitality was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, and it took ages to get basic service like water refills or even the check. The ambiance was decent, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. For a restaurant with such high ratings, the quality of food and service needs serious improvement. Definitely not worth the hype or the price.

Good hotel just before entering Muzaffarpur. Clean and spacious rooms, room service was very fast and the food was delicious as well.

The place is so welcoming. But the location is too far from the main town.

Far from Muzaffarpur bus stand. Service is good but lack of staff here . You have to wait for your order . Surroundings and environment is good and greenery. Including banquet hall plus resorts. Swimming pool too. Food taste is good . Specially found non veg is delicious in nature. Neat and clean area.
