Motel New Milan

The hotel staff is not courteous at all. I had to stay there with my wife for two days. They were asking personal questions which was more like an interrogation. I wanted to call the police but I had to find a place for stay , so left at that. But I would suggest you to not visit of you are with your family

Amazing food and quality service

I had planned my dinner with family but the food quality was very poor not like even single item.

The decor was modern yet cozy, with soft lighting that made the space feel both intimate and inviting.

Quality of food was nice but not worth it. It was heavily costly

I am a regular visitor of Muzaffarpur for personal work and used to stay at Motel New Milan located at Gobarsahi Chowk. The rooms are very spacious, nest and clean. The service take care of minute requirements and the room service is par excellence. The location of the hotel away from the crowded street on the NH. Overall experience in very good. Love to recommend the property for stay.

Reception staff was very rude . Not at all good service. If you can't speak to any coustomer politely better change your staff. I have came there for my stay for my examination and reception staff was very arogant and rude towards my father.

Best restaurant in my town Muzaffarpur for family dinner and lunch.
