Hotel RREAMSO International - The Best Hotel in Muzaffarpur

Hotel is good.. But management is poor.. When I visited there.. Only 1 staff was there who was running for everything. Prior booking was done. Given reminder call also for better service. But room, wasroom, bed everything was full of stains & dust.. They taken time 2 hour to set the room.. But after 2 hour also it was not clean.. Anyhow I spend my time there, pool was not in operation after booking & request. Room tarriff was similar to 4 star hotel. & metro city but my precious time they spoiled. I can't forget.

Visited the citrus cafe, which had an amazing buffet. Loved the food, service was excellent the food and beverage manager was very courteous and helpful with fabulous knowledge about what he was doing. All the best team. Will visit soon with my family.

Booked it for my sister's wedding. The staff is rude af . Bed sheets were stained and when I asked the staff to change that in a suite room he was like all the bed sheets are like this onli that too infront of my guest. The swimming pool is a hoax very small they don't even change the water and when they do they'll charge extra 4 k for that. Inshort book a different hotel if it is not the only option.

We are leisure travelers who literally came to Muzaffarpur only to stay at this iconic hotel..we had the most awesome time ever!||As I state in all my reviews - we are luxury travelers who've stayed in almost all of the best hotels so yes we're fully aware of the luxury hotels and what they have to offer!||||It was a brilliant stay ||Even our little issues here and there - were sorted so promptly by the Owner from the housekeeping ||Our most outrageous request too was gladly fulfilled by Mr. Kumar||Really made us feel like royals!||Absolutely worth visiting.||Highly recommend this iconic hotel

Have a wonderful experience here today. Today visited during day time lunch. Try plane roti, butter roti, mushrooms masala, kadhahi paneeer. Yummy was taste. Quality and quantity wise best option in the city of muzaffarpur. Price wise decent option.

The worst experience till date, the room is not clean, the electronics in the room are not working, the air condition is not working, three rooms are being changed at night and even though it is their fault they are still asking us to give them extra money.

It's a very unprofessional hotel. They've no manner of service and no value of customer. Even after many times asking for any service, they were nutral. Very bad employees manner. Very poor amenities n services.

Behavior of reception staff is very rude and roadchhap language.....very costly as per it's rooms or services quality.
