Very bad experience of stay, very unprofessional and rude staffs. Room was very small and he gave that room intentionally and took the tariff for big room. Requested to change the room but the staffs didn't listen and told me to check out in very rude manner

Decent and good service hotel in Muzaffarpur. Tarrif is also good for single person 2k. Breakfast is good. Staff is also professional.
Worst hotel in the city. Service is poor. Booked through MMT but their service is the worst. No proper breakfast facilities. No proper service manpower.
Location of the hotel is very good. But rooms and services were not up to the mark. Recommended only when no other option available.
