Hotel Rajhans

The bad manners of talking by the old man at reception forced me to book AC rooms at another hotel!! People working here doesn't know how to talk to guests. In my opinion eating tobacco at the reception table and badmouthing people is his only qualification. Zero hotel management skills! Roadside rooms are not noise proof. No lift. No safe parking space. Small stair space.

The service provided was the worst in my whole life.I will must say it as a advise to check the room appliances' condition of working and most importantly make sure to check if the bathroom's flush, tap and shower are working or not before paying or staying in the hotel. When we booked the room (AC double bed) we came to know that the flush and shower was totally in a bad condition and was broken by someone but the manager or staffs hid it to us. Also the room service was not so well as they don't consider your problems once u booked the room as we complained about the broken shower and flush but they denied to change our room or to cut some price of the room. I have it only 1 star rating but it is even worse than that also it was mentioned that the parking space is given but when we came then no parking space was there.

The room is in the middle of the munger town with too heavy sound of generator while in the room a place with rush and hush.

They don't have people to clean the room. No service and the way of talking is pathetic. Don't ever stay in this hotel. Receptionist behaviour is very rude like ignorant Person. They don't give towel everyday. When we asked for change bad sheets, he told me that we change bad sheet after two days. When we demand towel for bath our Second day , he again told we don't give towel everyday. When I demand to talk with the owner of the hotel he refused to give you me Number. As Per my experience , hotel is at good Place but they don't Provide any facilities to the guest. I never recommend to anybody for stay in this hotel . I also request to owner of this hotel to change this aged Receptionist.

Very romantic place Munger in Rajhans Hotel with Surkuss mela

Kind of good for a nights stay. Ambience is what most of the hotels of a old scenes.
