It was fine.. Q. Why did I give it 4 stars? A. 1 star for service- service may not be anything out of the ordinary, but it is decent enough that you feel comfortable to this place. Right from well mannered door man to a polite receptionist and an OK room service guy. 1 star for food- so this food isn't great but it is likable and amount you are paying for it justifies it's quality. It's nothing fancy but it's proportions are decently sized. I'll add the menu in the pictures (as shown in 27/07/2019). 1 star for interior- the interior is good. You have a LCD TV, AC, wardrobe, spring mattress, charging point near where you sleep including light and fan switched, table and chairs, electric kettle, free tea, sugar and milk sachets l, almost everything you need to relax and have a wonderful sleep. I'll add pictures accordingly. 1 star for bathroom- now for a place like Motihari, I think you won't be seeing a bathroom so big and premium so commonly. It has premium potty seats, luxury wash basins, soap dispensers, temperature controlled showers, body wash and shampoo dispensers near showers. Why I deducted 1 star is because even if you get sort of a 3 star hotel vibe to this place, you might not get the same feeling here, the food service is slow, there is no hot water when you need the most, the staff don't wake up at 7 am exactly, parking isn't always available, and to top is all off the expression of the room service boy seems like he is going to kill you in your sleep (I am exaggerating and it's nothing like that at all). Conclusion- its a good hotel, but the price needs to be revised.
