Everything was Good Receptionist are very friendly. My booking was confirmed by phone call only. My online wallet was not working so I was given cashpayment when I reach there. You can book hotel by call and send money by paytm Or Phone pe.... Etc

I booked a room over phone call in advance. Room was small but it was good enough for single person. Bathroom was also neat n clean. Room and bathroom had a big window with good ventilation. Hotel staff was also helpful.

Used to be a decent place to stay in motihari few years back, now it is run down and lacks maintenance. Don't expect clean sheets. And the cook. Loves his oil, your food will float in oil |||The rooms have aircon and the surprisingly the bathrooms were quite clean.

Surprisingly good place to stay in Motihari. Last time I stayed in a hotel in Motihari, it was bad, really bad. This therefor was a huge surprise. Neat & clean rooms with air-conditioning and backup power. The location is icing on the cake since its right behind Jaisawal Meat House - 60 seconds walk.

This place has the worst hospitality services ever.untidy bedsheets and towels. They don't even change them everyday. Also too much delay in room services. Not at all recommended. Old mineral water bottles are refilled with regular bottles. No proper laundry facility.

This hotel shares a good and affordable place to stay. The rooms are neat and clean. At this price range hotel Simran is very good place to stay.

This hotel is near chhattauni bus stand and is situated in Motihari city. Although hotel is big but it is not well maintained. Hotel room is big but it is not clean. Lift facility is also there in this hotel

Totally thug hotel.no menu available for food and will charge you very high.so if you're staying just visit chattauni chowk Jaiswal for nonvej food and opp it vej food
