Hotel Shivoy International

Staff was rude I was there for my exam..he charges 1500 rs.for 1 night stay and said i have no any extra service here and didn't provide any blanket in 16 degree Celsius that was horrible .no soaps or other things provided in bathroom. Selfish peoples..never visit

The hotel is very nice...All the facilities are available here as everything is available near the hotel..Good sanitation and comfy room..The staffs here are really friendly..It was a great visit Highly recommend to everyone....

I am a single girl staying here but it is not at all safe here. The manager was behaving over friendly and even giving bad touch intentionally naming it as friendship. But when we restricted him he became rude. The worst behaviour ever. Rooms are good but it is not safe here for girls.

One of wrost Experience of my life.i have never seen before this kind of service . There service are to poor that they are not able to provide the Towel and soap after checking. They are taking Rs 1000 Per day for a single person but every time there AC and TV not working. If you are spoke loudly than after that they are providing you Towel and Soap I think this is Hotel is totally underrated.i give him minus Star. I visited here 03 Times every time I found that Bed sheet are very poor leakedge in wall and Also in AC .next day when I woke up than I found there are totally water in the Room.i told him that in the night there are leakedge in AC but they not doing anything . I suggestions for you please Look the Hotel Bhawani Residence . Just 500 MTR ahed in bettiah Road ( Left Hand Side).The hotel is very good in all kinds of service. And don't visit the Hotel Shivoy

Pros- 1.Parking Space 2. Spacious Rooms 3. Drawers for cloth Cons- 1. Mattresses are very dirty. 2. No exhaust in washroom. 3. Normal Hotel.

As per the location it's not bad, but Need more cleanliness. I think owner is not giving the proper attention. Kitchen is very dirty. Air conditioning and power backup is very good.

Nice hotel, good rooms, rates are bit high, food is available as they have restaurant. Near by motihari bus stand and easily visible if you want to take hotel near bus stand or high way this would be suitable. Do negotiate for the rate.

Hotel is Good but services I.e. telephone/intercom , T.V. , Toilet door Handel,, Exhaust Fan & moreover bathing towel very old. I Am almost 3years random stay only this hotel... need improvements
