Hotel Bhawani Residency

My stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. The rooms were disgustingly dirty, with an overwhelming musty odor throughout the property. The staff seemed completely uninterested in providing any kind of decent service, and the manager was a rude and unpleasant character. The amenities promised by the hotel were either broken or non-existent. The "complimentary breakfast" was a sad excuse for a meal, and the overall experience was an utter disaster. The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location, but that hardly made up for the terrible experience we had. I would strongly advise anyone against staying at this hotel. The charges they demand are outrageous given the poor quality of service they provide. You'd be better off finding a decent motel or sleeping in your car than subjecting yourself to this horrible experience

The manager was rude and the room was in poor condition with several amenities not functioning properly, including the geyser, TV, and bathroom exhaust fan. The dirty and wet blanket, towel, and bed sheet are also concerning. It's important for hotels to maintain cleanliness and ensure that all amenities are in working order for the comfort of their guests. The malfunctioning room door lock is also a safety concern. Overall, it sounds like the hotel fell short in several areas, and the behavior of the manager only made matters worse.

They serve healthy and good Food. For official work at Motihari or near by it's a great location. Need to maintain some hygine and hospitality.

Regular use things need to be replaced

Room was very clean and their bathroom was also good.

The hotel is very clean and staffs are very polite. I had a great weekend and experience altogether.

All well in the hotel Fooding facilities is very good in very low price
